Our story
The dog who changed everything
Normie came into my life through Helping Paws in October 2024. He helps retrieve dropped items, supports me when I am unsteady, and gives me more confidence in everyday life.
PuzzlePup grew from the routines we built together. Every treat, supplement, and enrichment product has to meet the same simple standard: it has to be good enough for Normie first.

Normie's journey started with Helping Paws
Helping Paws is a Minnesota nonprofit that breeds, trains, and places assistance dogs. Volunteer trainers raise and socialize each dog, attend weekly classes, and build the skills that help people live with greater independence.
Normie was raised and trained through Helping Paws before we were matched. A portion of every PuzzlePup order supports the organization that made our partnership possible.
